This itinerary provides a condensed yet enriching safari experience, ideal for those with limited time but a desire to witness the wonders of Africa’s wilderness.
Day By Day
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
- Upon your arrival in Arusha, Tanzania, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari guide and transferred to your mid-range lodge or tented camp.
- Take some time to relax, enjoy the serene surroundings, and prepare for the exciting safari ahead.
Day 2-3: Serengeti National Park
- Depart from Arusha and fly to Serengeti National Park, one of the world’s most famous wildlife reserves.
- Spend two full days exploring the vast Serengeti plains, home to an incredible diversity of wildlife, including the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino), cheetahs, giraffes, wildebeests, and more.
- Enjoy thrilling game drives led by experienced guides who will share their knowledge of the park’s inhabitants and ecosystems.
- Overnight at a comfortable mid-range lodge or tented camp inside or near the Serengeti, allowing you to savor the sounds of the wild during your stay.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater
- After breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an ancient volcanic caldera teeming with wildlife.
- Embark on a game drive in the crater, which is known for its high concentration of animals, including the endangered black rhino.
- Later in the day, ascend from the crater and head to your mid-range lodge or camp for a relaxing evening.
Day 5: Tarangire National Park – Departure
- Drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its massive elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and diverse birdlife.
- Enjoy a game drive in Tarangire, searching for wildlife and exploring the unique landscape of this lesser-known gem.
- After the game drive, return to Arusha, where you can catch your onward flight or continue with other travel arrangements.

Exclusions
- International Flights: The cost of international flights to and from Tanzania is not included.

- Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, medical emergencies, or trip cancellations is not included but highly recommended.
- Personal Expenses: Any expenses of a personal nature, such as souvenirs, laundry, phone calls, and additional activities not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Gratuities: Tips for safari guides, drivers, lodge/camp staff, and any other service providers are at the traveler’s discretion.
- Alcoholic Beverages: The cost of alcoholic drinks and premium beverages at lodges/camps is usually not included in the package.
